Mani Ratnam begins touring for his Karthi film ..

Director Mani Ratnam will be doing his next film with Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari. There are also talks that Karthi will be playing the role of a pilot for which he is reportedly taking flying lessons. Meanwhile, sources reveal that the ace director will be on a location hunt in Shimla from Tuesday.

In Mani Ratnam’s films, the locations are almost like a character and the same can be expected in his next too. It is to be noted that majority of his blockbuster Roja was shot in Shimla.
