Extra hero intro special for Suriya in '24'

The team of '24' met the press in Chennai, earlier today to launch the 'Aathreya Run' mobile game. At the event, the teaser, trailer and song clips were also screened. Suriya, Vikram Kumar, Saranya Ponvannan, Mohan Raman and Madhan Karky were among those in attendance along with producer Rajsekar Pandian and distributor Gnanavelraja. The highlights of the event are as follows,

- Lyricist Madhan Karky said that there would be an extra hero intro song in the film, which hasn't been released in the album. This song would be launched soon.
- '24' is set to be censored today, after being delayed over the past few days.
- Gnanavel said that the film would release in more than 2150 screens worldwide, in both the Tamil and Telugu versions.
- Suriya expressed hope that '24' would join his list of special films like Nandha, Kaakha Kaakha, Pithamagan, Ghajini and the Singam series. He also thanked his fans in Kerala for their excitement towards the release of the film on May 6.
